First Aider at Nani Employee Leasing Company (Nani EL)

Experience: 2+ years 

Nani Employee Leasing company is recruiting for our client in manufacturing industry. They are looking for a dynamic self-driven individual to as work as a first Aider at the factory clinic. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to First Aid incidents effectively while maintaining calm posture and a good working environment 
• Reassure and Calm injured person and the team members to prevent heightened distress 
• Check and disposal of out of date medical and First aid supplies 
• Help in measuring blood pressure, heart rate and temperature to monitor vital signs and conditions of casualties 
• Administer first aid to the team members 
• Medical books &Medicare app update 
• Reporting accidents and Incidences to management 
• Food sample collection and testing at the cafeteria 
• Cafeteria hygiene Inspection 
• Medicine Stock book update 
• First aid box inspection 
• Accident and illness data monthly reporting 
• Booking Appointments with Doctor for team members
• Accompanying sick patients to hospital 
• updating the clinic notice board 
• willingness to work in shifts 
• updating all records relevant medical center 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Certificate/Diploma in First Aid or related field 
• 2+ years proven work experience in a similar role 
• Ability to work under minimum supervision 
• Team Player at work place 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• A current practicing certificate as a first Aider
