What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in collections within microfinance/logbook lending
• Ability to manage a KES 250M+ logbook portfolio with PAR < 5%
• Strong leadership skills – manage & mentor 15+ collection officers
• Expertise in collections strategy, performance management & recovery optimization
