    Head of International Sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine service offers (influence, production, reputation) in collaboration with founders
    • Lead the full sales cycle: inbound/outbound outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing
    • Build and manage a sales team (hire, onboard, mentor)
    • Create sales materials and proposals independently
    • Own CRM, reporting, and conversion metrics
    • Collaborate with existing content, social, and reputation teams

    Requirements

    • 5+ years in international B2B sales (agency, media, marketing, or related sectors)
    • Experience building or scaling a sales department
    • Proven track record selling creative or complex services ($30K–$300K+ deals)
    • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving, founder-led environment
    • Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages a plus
