Horticulture Sales Executive - Mombasa Road at Brites Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Stay up to date with market dynamics in relations to managing inventories.
• Establishing new business; products and customers.
• Manage sales strategy, monitor execution, and evaluate periodical results.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Conduct a sales competitive analysis of competitors.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales field visits.
• Negotiating contracts and packages within the company framework demonstrating and presenting products.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs.
• Monitor customer debts, and credit limits, apply strategies and follow up for payments.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree or Diploma in Agribusiness
• 3 years of experience in horticulture or floriculture sales
• Valid Driving license is required
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exposure/experience to a CRM system
