Information Technology Consultancy (Website Development and Mainteanance at Community Advocacy and Awareness Trust, CRAWN Trust

Duties and Responsibilities

The selected consultant(s)/firm(s) will be expected to:

• Facilitate websites security by having SSL certificate up to date
• Facilitate storage of website files on cloud for backup
• Facilitate installation of  extensions incase a change is needed on the website
• Make suggestions that would elevate the look and feel of the website depending on the organisations colours
• Integrate the website with external platforms whenever that is required
• Troubleshoot errors in the websites database like the 404 error

Qualifications/ requirements / Desired Expertise

The applicant should possess the following desired knowledge and expertise.

• Degree in information technology or related field
• Have more than five years experience in IT consultancy with a good track record.
• General computer knowledge
• Have knowledge of the control panel and its components
• Should have knowledge in dashboard coding languages like php and front end development programming languages like css and html
• Have deep knowledge in wordpress
• Have knowledge in moodle LMS system
• Should be conversant with popular wordpress functionalities.
• Should have knowledge of joomla content management system
