Design, implement, and co-administer (along with the Head of Operations) the company's IT infrastructure related systems such as servers, user devices, networks, security devices, and software.
Ensure the infrastructure is scalable, secure and optimal to run existing and new business systems in line with the Company and Operations Strategy.
Ensure 100% uptime and protection for all information systems and data.
Ensure delivery of quality IT services as per defined KPIs and SLA.
Train users for maximum utilization of deployed systems to drive high user productivity and resource
optimization.
Mentor and coach the Applications Support and IT Infrastructure Support teams.
Set clear targets and ensure delivery of quality IT services as per defined KPIs and SLA.
Assess team development needs and facilitate continuous training and upskilling.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT related field is required.
3+ years of progressive experience is required in designing, deploying and managing/administering networks and IT systems, and overseeing delivery of IT services.
Experience in leading an IT support team is required.
Certification in IT service management such as ITIL is required.
Certification in information security management such as CISSP/CISM/CISA etc. is required.
