An experienced professional Engineer with plumbing and Electrical knowledge, who can handle daily Hotel maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Inspect the facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Preparing daily, and weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work.
Recruiting, supervising, and training maintenance technicians.
Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g., renovation) with services providers like Elevonic, Halls, Domerk, and any other appointed service provider.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum education of diploma in electrical, and mechanical Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.
Good knowledge of maintenance operations.
Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
Able to self–supervise.
Computer proficient and able to compile reports for the top management.
Knowledge of general maintenance.
Positive attitude.
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Previous experience in facilities management; hospitality experience desirable.
