Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies aligned with our brand and mission.
• Manage and enhance company digital presence — including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Create engaging content that builds trust and educates audiences on well-being topics.
• Plan and coordinate events, webinars, workshops, or campaigns to raise awareness of personal growth and wellness.
• Liaise with schools, corporates, and community organizations to promote our initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in health, education, or wellness sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for human development, education, or wellness is an added plus.
