Marketing Lead at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the group-wide content led marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives
• Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products in close collaboration with Product Specialists.
• Build and optimize a multi-channel demand generation engine to grow MQLs and marketing influenced revenue.
• Oversee the use of marketing technologies (CRM, automation, analytics, content platforms).
• Manage internal and external communication, including press, events, and crisis comms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, or Business. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Additional certifications (CIM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, RevOps) a plus.
• 10+ years in strategic marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing brand, digital, and growth-focused marketing. Insurance experience is bonus but is not mandatory.
• Strong command of marketing performance tracking, marketing attribution, CRM platforms, lead generation, Account Based Marketing (ABM) and lifecycle marketing.
