    Marketing Manager Volume

    The position

    • As a Marketing Manager Volume, you will oversee the volume portfolio of insulin , strategy development, tactical planning, resource allocation, and execution to drive patient reach in private and public channels across the affiliate. This role requires traveling up to 50%.

    Your other responsibilities will be:

    • Create a mid- to long-term marketing strategy considering current and future volume products, managing the life cycle of different products, and ensuring that resource allocation aligns with our ambition of reaching +2 million patients by 2030.
    • Coordinate the development of a tactical plan to achieve business unit objectives and ensure the required promotional budget allocation. You will develop and implement a digital strategy to increase volume product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, and provide promotional material.
    • Lead a cross-functional working group for alignment and collaboration on the Game plan process for the volume business in Middle Africa.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver patient reach for the volume portfolio in the affiliate.
    • Manage multiple market capture projects and engage stakeholders to drive our overall Middle Africa ambition of reaching >75% Market capture by 2030.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, market access or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    • Experience in diabetes therapeutic is an advantage.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
    • Fluency in English.
