Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Sales & Revenue Contribution
- Merchant / Channel Engagement
- Digital & Field Marketing Performance
- Customer Relationship Management
- Operational Efficiency
- Personal Performance
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- High energy, proactive approach, and resilience under pressure
