Job Summary:

• The Multimedia and Graphics Expert will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to support awareness campaigns on critical topics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multimedia production and graphic design within governmental and nongovernmental organizations. This role requires a creative professional with the ability to produce high-quality content that effectively communicates key messages to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Multimedia Content Creation:

• Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and infographics, to enhance awareness campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the organization’s objectives.

Graphic Design:

• Develop visual concepts and designs for various communication materials, such as reports, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.
• Maintain consistency in design and branding across all materials.

Project Management:

• Lead multimedia and graphics projects from concept to completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with communication teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to develop visual content that addresses key issues.
• Coordinate with governmental and nongovernmental organizations to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize and maintain production equipment and software, including graphic design and video editing tools.
• Stay updated with the latest multimedia production and graphic design trends and technologies.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and critique visual content to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Implement feedback and revisions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media and Journalism, Political Science, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia production and graphic design within governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in producing media content focused on raising awareness on critical topics.
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools and graphic design software.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
