Job Description

To ensure accurate settlement of securities trades, managing corporate actions and proxies, and overseeing reconciliation, valuations, reporting, and billing in compliance with market standards and client directives. Additionally, it includes handling the opening and maintenance of securities and CSD accounts, both local and offshore.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required

• 1 - 2 years
• Understanding of Custodial and investor services.
• Knowledge of the Securities Market and related entities viz., NSE, Central Depository, CBK.
• Working knowledge of Swift
• Banking operations experience.
