Key Responsibilities

• Training Schedule Development: Create and manage training schedules to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Consumables Preparation: Organize and prepare all required materials for training sessions.
• Trainee Assessments: Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations, including the final 2.5 NVG exam.
• Practical Skill Development: Organize field activities to enhance practical skills for trainees.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and academic scores.
• Refresher Sessions: Offer follow-up training sessions to graduated ER trainees.
• Skill & Concept Assurance: Ensure trainees acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Student Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry and Vision Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training or optometry-related roles

Skills & Attributes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Skilled in both administrative and operational tasks
• Excellent report-writing abilities
• Previous experience in the education or training sector is an added advantage.
