Partner Content Specialist at HCS Affiliates Group

 About the Role: 

As a Partner Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partner network. You will work closely with partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain accurate and high-quality store and menu information.

 Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner Onboarding:
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our platform and tools.
  • Assist partners in setting up their accounts and accessing essential resources. 
• Store and Menu Creation:  
  • Collect and verify accurate store and menu information from partners.
  • Create and maintain detailed store and menu listings on our platform.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all information.
• Menu Quality Assurance:
  • Review and audit partner menus to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure menus comply with our quality standards and guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to partners on menu optimization and improvement. 
• Partner Support:
  • Respond to partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide timely assistance and guidance to partners.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Spanish, Portuguese]. 
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proactive approach towards identifying process opportunities for improvement. 
• Flexibility to work different shifts. (8:00-17:00; 9:00-18:00) Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience in customer service or a related field. 
• Knowledge of the food industry or e-commerce. 
• Experience with content management systems.
