Personal Driver at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Transport the employer and/or their family members to various destinations such as work, meetings, appointments, school, social events, and airports.
• Ensure the vehicle is fueled, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
• Plan routes and check traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and with luggage or packages as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect the vehicle for maintenance issues and arrange for necessary repairs and services.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, and other expenses.
• Ensure that the vehicle’s registration, insurance, and other necessary documents are up to date.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all local driving laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any accidents or traffic violations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers by following road safety rules and guidelines.

Professionalism and Confidentiality:

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
• Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to the employer and their family members.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, navigation apps, and local area streets and neighborhoods.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a recommendation letter from the previous employer.
