Product Manager, Software at SunCulture Kenya Ltd

About the Role

SunCulture specializes in providing innovative software solutions that support solar power irrigation systems and other related products. As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of software products that complement our hardware solutions, enabling smallholder farmers to maximize the benefits of our technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the software product strategy and roadmap in alignment with SunCulture’s overall business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch high-quality software products that integrate seamlessly with our hardware solutions.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify new software product opportunities across our target user base and markets.
• Manage the entire software product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support
• Ensure software product quality and performance meet or exceed customer expectations and align with SunCulture’s brand promise.
• Work with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to source and integrate software components and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure our software products remain innovative and relevant.
