    Program Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, cost, and quality are controlled.
    • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and managing virtual resources effectively.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and lessons learned.
    • Conduct regular team meetings with set agendas and publish minutes to ensure alignment and accountability.
    • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and contractual challenges, with mitigation plans in place.
    • Implement and follow communication plans, defining information flow and status reporting requirements.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and third-party consultants, to ensure successful collaboration.
    • Drive operational efficiency by championing process improvement, automation, and timely client service delivery.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Masters preferred) in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience
    • 5+ year of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
    • Experience/certification in acknowledged project management methodologies is an asset, or other known project management techniques and procedures
    • Knowledge and experience on ERP systems and/or ERP implementations is a plus
    • Strong communication, mediation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff attributes
