3 years of experience in working with adolescents and young people; people living with HIV and/or key populations; community-based organizations, sexual and reproductive rights (SRHR); sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).
Relevant experience in the health sector.
Proven working experience in project coordination and partnership management.
Sound understanding of the Kenyan health system, socio-economic and political context
Certificate or demonstrated experience in using basic computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to multitask across various planning and implementation processes within a highly demanding environment.
Experience in report writing, proposal development and resource mobilization desired.
Must possess strong problem resolution skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to help identify and resolve issues.
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail.
Bachelor degree or equivalent in public health, social sciences, international relations or health-related field. A Master’s degree will be an added asset.
