    Job Description

    • Sign on Broker partnerships that ensure a win-win for Old Mutual and Broker
    • Responsible for the overall management of the Broker portfolio and related matters
    • Develop and deploy an efficient, cost effective and sustainable strategy for Broker sales
    • Recruit, retain and motivate 15 active, productive and licensed Financial Advisors for every broker
    • Meet goals in terms of volume and value of new businesses quoted and written within company guidelines
    • Recommend or implement changes to improve productivity, profitability, growth and the quality of assigned book of business.
    • Build effective and profitable relationships with brokers.
    • Develop and effectively managing relationships with existing and new brokers in order to exceed their expectations.
    • Ensure that documentations and commissions are delivered timely at all times.
    • Ensure quality controls are always adhered to.
    • Support non-performing Advisors through Performance Review Process (PRP) and Co-attendance in the team in conjunction with Broker to improve performance.
    • Act as a liaison to resolve customer or stakeholders’ queries.
    • Act as a consultant with respect to decision making of operational and or tactical with the broker.

    Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from an accredited tertiary institution
    • Sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent relationship management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    • Highly organized and structured, able to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
