Retail Sales Representative at Elex Products Ltd

• Reporting to the Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and door-to-door visits
• Revival of the dormant accounts to increase revenue growth.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and generate status reports
• Prepare reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and
• opportunities for new products and services
• Prompt collection of sales orders from clients and timely collection of payments as soon as they fall due
• Conduct van sales and market storming to meet sales targets
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have a valid driving License
• Strong passion for sales
• Hardworking, presentable, and professional
• Demonstrated integrity and strong work ethic
• A proactive team player with the ability to take initiative
• SALARY: Ksh 30-40k
