Sales and Marketing Manager at Isopharm Limited

Isopharm Ltd seeks a sales and marketing manager with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Kenya and with a wide rapport/network with retail pharmacies and hospitals. The role involves creation of effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. The candidate should have worked in the same role or as a senior sales rep or regional sales rep with a pharma company ideally a wholesaler or distributor.

Description

• To lead our team of sales and marketing personnel and motivate them to achieve the set targets.
• To use rapport and strategies to increase our sales to new customers.
• To use strategies to retain and increase sales volume by our current customers.
• To study our competition and undertake strategies to match/ counter the same.
• Set monthly and annual sales targets with the leadership and achieve the same.

Requirements

• At least 7 years experience in sales/marketing at a pharmaceuticals company in Kenya.
• Worked as a regional or senior sales rep for a pharmaceutical distributor with a turnover of over 400m per year in the last 2 years.
• Has a wide network and rapport with retail pharmacies and hospitals in the country.
• Bachelor degree in any field
