Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) at Workforce Africa

As a Sales Executive in the Freight Forwarding industry, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. You will focus on promoting and selling the company’s freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and road transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight services, as well as customs regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling large or complex accounts.
• Knowledge of local and international market trends in freight forwarding.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
