Sales Representative at Vibrant Market Connection

About the Job:

As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with the Sales Team Leader and supporting teams. The main job of the Sales Representative is to increase sales for the company by selling the company's marketing products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting for potential customers for our marketing products and services
• Qualifying potential customers.
• Making persuasive sales presentations to prospects and clients.
• Accurately identifying client’s needs and solutions.
• Helping clients make informed marketing decisions.
• Effectively handling prospects' questions and objections to make sales.
• Closing marketing deals for the company.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about sales and marketing
• No experience in sales and marketing needed.
• Sales experience in selling marketing solutions is a plus
• S/he must be open-minded and always ready to learn.
• S/he must be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Youths are encouraged to apply
• Should be a resident of Nairobi, Kenya.
• A Diploma/Degree in marketing, business-related courses, or information technology is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills including the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Must be an organized person with good time management skills.
• Must be ambitious to grow in the sales career.
• Confident person with good self-esteem.
• S/he should have a pleasant personality. 
• S/he should be teachable.

Salary/Payment

Compensation is on straight commissions only.
