    Senior Assistant Public Education, Awareness & Member Recruitment Officer

    Job Specifications

    • Implement customer experience strategies for existing and new members.
    • Distribute Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials.
    • Policing the brand
    • Carry out awareness/outreach/corporate social investment (CSI) programmes
    • Assist in recruitment/enrolment of members
    • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
    • Content creation
    • Managing digital media channels
    • Develop, monitor, and report on individual performance targets
    • Comply with laws, regulations, standards, internal policies, and procedures
    • Prepare and submit timely reports and information for decision making.

     Person Specifications

    • Four (4) years’ work experience
    • Diploma in any of the following disciplines; Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    • Proficiency in Computer Applications
    • Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
    • Self-motivated and personal drive
    • Meets the provisions of chapter six of the Constitution

      • Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
      • Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
      • Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
      • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
