We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master who’s passionate about Agile excellence and inspired to build high-performing teams that deliver value with purpose. This role is a key part of our digital transformation journey—enabling delivery teams to work at their best while helping scale impactful products that matter.
What You'll Do
Champion the Scrum framework and Agile mindset across teams
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies—keeping teams focused, empowered, and on track
Remove roadblocks and champion continuous improvement through servant leadership
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices
Foster a high-trust, collaborative environment that prioritizes team success
Serve as a change agent, helping drive organizational agility and alignment
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Agile environments, including at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master
Proven expertise in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and product delivery
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred
A people-first mindset that values inclusivity, accountability, and resilience
