Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Switchboard Assembly Supervisor located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As the Switchboard Assembly Supervisor, successful candidate will be responsible for

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the switchboard assembly section
• Supervising the assembly team,
• Ensuring quality control standards are met,
• Planning production schedules
• Providing training to new employees.
• Interpreting electrical design drawings
• Preparing material requisitions as per the Bill of material

• Supervisory Skills and Leadership abilities
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring product standards are met.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and scheduling
• Training and mentoring skills for new employees
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the electrical industry is a plus.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
