Technology & Product Innovation Manager at HR Fleek

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or Business IT from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience delivering projects in system integration, ERP, and software development; ideally Project Management delivery within different sectors.
• Experience with digital products will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Estimation, Planning, and Delivery Management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, plan and prioritise them, and engage multiple teams.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills, handling challenges and taking responsibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and planning skills.
