    Tour Consultant

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant at Nappet Tours and Travel in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and offering travel consulting services to clients.

    Qualifications

    • Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism skills
    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Experience in Travel Consulting
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Knowledge of local attractions and travel destinations
    • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
    • Relevant certification or diploma in tourism or related field
