- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.

- Monitor industry best practices to recommend innovative advertising solutions for clients.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Assist in tracking and compiling reports on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Generate post-campaign reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the Client Service Executive.
Proposal & Presentation Support:
- Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and strategy documents for internal and client use.
- Ensure all presentations and proposals align with client expectations and brand positioning.
Administrative & Documentation Support:
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, briefs, approvals, and campaign changes.
- Organize and manage files, ensuring easy access to client materials and project documents.
- Ensure all client deliverables are accurately documented and communicated to internal teams.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to align client requirements.
- Facilitate smooth workflow processes and resolve any bottlenecks in project execution.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about project updates and timelines.
Budget & Financial Tracking:
- Assist in tracking client budgets and project costs, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Monitor invoicing, payments, and financial records related to assigned client projects.
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely billing and reconciliation of client accounts.
Industry Networking & Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Represent the agency at industry events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Continuously develop professional skills through training and mentorship programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams across other Business Units and contribute to projects, initiatives, or tasks that require cross-functional expertise.

Requirements
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Understanding of advertising, media planning, and marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Experience working with advertising campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media is a plus.

Leadership & Team Mentorship:
