    Account Executive

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
    • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
    • Assist in gathering client briefs and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.
    • Address client concerns and work towards solutions in collaboration with senior team members.

    Campaign Coordination & Execution:

    • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising and marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
    • Track the progress of campaigns and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
    • Prepare internal and client-facing timelines, ensuring efficient project management.
    • Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the client’s brand and marketing objectives.

    Market & Competitor Research:

    • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform campaign strategies.
    • Provide insights to the Client Service Executive and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor industry best practices to recommend innovative advertising solutions for clients.

    Reporting & Performance Analysis:

    • Assist in tracking and compiling reports on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
    • Generate post-campaign reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the Client Service Executive.

    Proposal & Presentation Support:

    • Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
    • Assist in developing creative briefs and strategy documents for internal and client use.
    • Ensure all presentations and proposals align with client expectations and brand positioning.

    Administrative & Documentation Support:

    • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, briefs, approvals, and campaign changes.
    • Organize and manage files, ensuring easy access to client materials and project documents.
    • Ensure all client deliverables are accurately documented and communicated to internal teams.

    Cross-Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to align client requirements.
    • Facilitate smooth workflow processes and resolve any bottlenecks in project execution.
    • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about project updates and timelines.

    Budget & Financial Tracking:

    • Assist in tracking client budgets and project costs, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
    • Monitor invoicing, payments, and financial records related to assigned client projects.
    • Work with the finance team to ensure timely billing and reconciliation of client accounts.

    Industry Networking & Professional Development:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and emerging advertising technologies.
    • Represent the agency at industry events, workshops, and networking sessions.
    • Continuously develop professional skills through training and mentorship programs.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with teams across other Business Units and contribute to projects, initiatives, or tasks that require cross-functional expertise.
    • Participate in and deliver on projects or tasks assigned from other Business Units.

    Requirements

    Technical and Functional Skills:

    • Understanding of advertising, media planning, and marketing strategies.
    • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
    • Problem-solving skills to address campaign challenges effectively.
    • Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

    Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

         Relevant Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role in an advertising or marketing agency.
    • Experience working with advertising campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media is a plus.
    • Exposure to project coordination and campaign execution processes.

    PR Associate

    Media Relations:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
    • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch letters for client campaigns and announcements.
    • Identify and secure media opportunities to enhance client visibility and reputation.
    • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports summarizing client mentions and industry trends.
    • Represent the agency and clients at media events, press conferences, and influencer engagements.

    Strategic Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and high-quality content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, and other PR materials.
    • Work with the creative team to produce multimedia content, including videos and infographics, for campaigns.
    • Craft thought leadership articles, case studies, and white papers to position clients as industry leaders.
    • Ensure all content aligns with client branding and messaging guidelines.

    Client Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for PR clients, ensuring seamless communication and regular updates.
    • Lead client meetings to present strategies, report progress, and gather feedback.
    • Develop and implement PR strategies tailored to individual client needs.
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, media coverage, and social media engagement.

      Event Planning & Execution:

    • Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, press conferences, and media tours.
    • Oversee event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest list management, and on-site execution.
    • Compile post-event reports to evaluate media coverage, attendee feedback, and campaign impact.

    Leadership & Team Mentorship:

    • Mentor and guide the PR Intern, assigning tasks and providing constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PR strategies into broader agency campaigns.
    • Establish workflows and best practices for the PR department.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

     Requirements

    Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 

        Relevant Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related role.
