    Marketing Officer

    As our Marketing officer you will drive our customer engagement strategy, blending community mobilization with savvy digital campaign. Strive to be on the frontline of shaping how expectant mothers and their families connect with our services.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute To-C marketing strategies across community and digital channels.
    • Design and manage campaigns that resonate with mothers and families in low-income communities.
    • Lead social media content creation, performance tracking and audience growth.
    • You will support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental, Social, and Governance
    • (ESG) initiatives and activities.
    • Organize on the ground marketing activations in collaboration with clinics and community agents.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Mandatory:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management/ communication or any related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in 3 years' experience in marketing, medical experiences preferred
    • Strong understanding of both online platforms and offline mobilization strategies.
    • Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

    ESG Officer

    As our ESG officer you will support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for multiple companies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • ESG Consulting & Advisory
    • Support ESG strategy alignment with international frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISSB) and MOJA corporate objectives.
    • Conduct ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder mapping.
    • Advise on environmental branding, governance system development, and sustainability best practices.
    • ESG Reporting
    • Collect, verify, and analyse ESG-related data from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Draft and review the annual ESG report, including narrative content, data visualisation, and design inputs.
    • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and submission timelines.
    • Social Responsibility Project Coordination
    • Coordinate employee well-being programs (e.g., cancer screening, mental health checks, preventive health packages).
    • Oversee community engagement projects such as health education and free medical screening events.
    • Liaise with partner clinics, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure smooth implementation.
    • Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Develop and track key ESG performance indicators (KPI’s).
    • Prepare progress updates, presentations, and impact summaries for stakeholders.
    • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in project delivery.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Mandatory:

    • Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, Sustainability, or related field.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ESG consulting, corporate sustainability, CSR, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, ISSB, SASB, UN SDGs).
    • Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
    • Data analysis and report writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.

    Locum Sonographer

    As our Locum Sonographer, you’ll provide high – quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging services to support the various outreach activities as advised and ensuring adherence to medical ethics, safety standards, and patient confidentiality. You'll be on the frontline of shaping how expectant mothers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the team in the outreach activities by performing ultrasound scans.
    • Perform ultrasound scans including obstetric, gynecological, abdominal and other requested
    • examinations in the Health Reach medical center.
    • Interpret and report ultrasound findings promptly and accurately.
    • Maintain imaging equipment in good working condition and report any faults.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and scan reports.
    • Communicate effectively with Health Reach referring doctors and other medical staff.
    • Provide patient care, including explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.
    • Uphold ethical standards, patient privacy, and confidentiality.
    • Participate in quality assurance and continuous professional development activities.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Mandatory:

    • Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging Sciences / Sonography from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience (hospital or diagnostic center preferred).
    • Proficiency in multiple ultrasound modalities.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
