    Transport Manager (International School)

    The ideal candidate will ensure the provision of a safe, reliable, and efficient bus service for students, while also developing strategies to optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage bus schedules, driver assignments, and dispatch to ensure safe and timely student transportation.
    • Monitor and control the transportation budget for efficient use of resources and alignment with institutional goals.
    • Supervise vehicle upkeep through regular inspections and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
    • Recruit, train, and appraise drivers and support staff while promoting a safe and accountable work culture.
    • Develop and update transport policies, routes, and maintenance protocols in line with legal and safety requirements.
    • Maintain detailed records on operations, personnel, and expenses, and prepare audit and mileage reports.

    • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of Class ABCE and NTSA PSV certification.
    • At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry, preferably within an educational or fleet-intensive environment.
    • Strong understanding of transportation regulations, vehicle maintenance practices, and safety standards related to student transportation.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, and able to prepare and present professional reports.

    Sales Executive(IT Sales Solutions)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the African markets business. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies for market penetration into new markets, strengthening the company’s presence in existing markets and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the business expansion in Kenya.
    • Manage the execution of GTM strategy for the Kenya business: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies individually tailored for all products in the portfolio suite.
    • Work closely with the Strategy and Business Expansion Department to analyse competitive data on new markets, potential customers, competitors and market segments to gain insight into current and future market opportunities within Kenya.
    • Identify partnership opportunities along the technology value chain for new business development; and lead the execution from initiating contacts, securing appointments, developing proposals, making presentations and negotiating business deal points to contract completion.
    • Partner with OEMs and product development teams in developing customized solutions in line with company and client requirements to ensure that the client’s customized solutions are delivered and serviced.
    • Ensure that Service Level Agreements are prepared in collaboration with other team leads in line with business requirements with the aim of achieving operational efficiency and timeliness in products and services delivery.
    • Plan and execute sales and marketing operations in line with the company budget and growth plans so as to achieve the set revenue targets for each period.
    • Implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other relevant course.

    Import & Export Coordinator

    The ideal candidate must be a diligent professional with a strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in every aspect of the job. They should also have a deep understanding of the import/export processes specific to Kenya and East Africa.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all import and export activities in and out of Kenya, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and smooth logistics operations.
    • Calculate and prepare landed cost estimates before importing any goods, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality.
    • Monitor stock levels consistently and plan ahead to ensure timely procurement of materials, preventing stockouts and delays in operations.
    • Work closely with the storekeepers to track and manage a wide range of inventory items (both small and large) across various categories.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, compare prices, and source products to meet operational needs.
    • Prepare and file purchase orders accordingly, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
    • Input and update data into the ERP system to keep records accurate and up-to-date.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in a related field
    • Proven experience in import/export management
    • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and logistics.
    • Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate and track landed costs.
    • Experience in stock monitoring, planning, and inventory management.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems for data entry and order managemen
