    Front Desk Executives - 5 positions

    Job Description

    We are looking for customer service oriented candidates. They will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments and contacting patients via phone on behalf of the hospital, taking messages, etc. 

    The ideal candidate must possess some problem-solving skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with our patients and be sensitive to their needs. Must demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task and properly use basic office software.
     
    Experience and/or Qualifications:
    • Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting

    Casualty Medical Officers - 3 positions

    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Implement medical services for emergency affected population according to internationally accepted standards and/or relevant Ministry of Health with focus on controlling communicable diseases.
    • Establish/utilize standardized data collection tools and train staff on accurate data collection
    • Collect and analyze medical service data to adjust project objectives/plan additional specialized responses (infection prevention/control, ACLS, rational drug use, improved nursing care, etc) in collaboration with Medical Coordinator/Director and other relevant staff
    • Work with auxiliary staff to start procedural training programs early
    • Conduct daily rounds and case discussions to assist and supervise program staff
    • Work with logistics to ensure regular and adequate drug and medical supplies in order to avoid stock outs 
    • Any other relevant duties as requested by Medical Coordinator/Director/Team Leader
    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
    • Medical degree with at least 2 years experience after medical college graduation
    • Will have excellent communications skills, both oral and written. 
    • Will have excellent self-motivation skills.
    • Experience in effectively dealing with a broad spectrum of people.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
    • Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
    • Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively.
    • Creativity and the ability to work with limited resources.
    • Excellent decision making skills.
    • Must work independently under difficult conditions.

    Casualty Nurses - 5 positions

    Job Description

    Position Responsibilities
    • Collects current symptoms, as well as a detailed patient history and then consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
    • Performs triage, while considering both physical and psychosocial elements
    • Manages basic life support needs and stabilizes patients until the attending physician is available, based upon nursing standards and protocol
    • Initiates corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology
    • Records patients’ current vital signs
    • Works directly under physicians, assisting them during exams, diagnostic testing and treatments
    • Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.
    • Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse
    • Provides IV therapy
    • Cleans and bandages wounds
    • Provides basic, bedside care
    • Maintains proper supplies and appropriate medical equipment to care for patients
    • Reports any suspected abuse to the appropriate agencies
    • Initiates patient education plan, as prescribed by physician. Teaches patients and significant others how to manage their illness/injury, by explaining: post-treatment home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs, self-administration of medication and rehabilitation, as well as provides referrals to other healthcare professionals for follow-up treatment
    • Displays professionalism while completing multiple urgent tasks in a timely manner
    • Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms 
    Qualifications

    • Diploma holder
    • Registered with nursing council,
    • A minimum of 2 year experience in the respective department.

    NICU Nurses - 15 positions

    Job Description

    • Provide nursing care to infants in neonatal intensive care unit setting.
    • Provide focused care to babies born prematurely in NICU care setting.
    • Provide intensive nursing care to seriously ill patients.
    • Interact with parents in providing nursing care to babies.
    • Maintain the premises of NICU neat, clean and sterile.
