Who We’re Looking For 

Highly experienced sales professionals with a successful track record in at least one of the following:

• Insurance Sales (corporate policies, high-value products)
• Real Estate (commercial or high-end residential)
• E-commerce / B2B Digital Solutions (software, logistics, digital services)

What You Will Do 

• Leverage your existing networks to onboard businesses onto Juaflow’s AI & automation platform
• Conduct high-level pitches and close enterprise-level deals
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer retention
• Meet ambitious monthly and quarterly targets

Compensation 

• Purely commission-based with high earning potential:
• 30% onboarding fee for every customer you bring
• 10%–15% recurring monthly commission
• Tiered bonuses for performance and retention
• Training & Support 
• Full product training on Juaflow’s AI and automation solutions
• Sales kits, presentations & digital materials
• Dedicated account support from the Juaflow operations team

Minimum Requirements 

• Must own a reliable laptop
• Basic digital literacy (email, cloud tools, online navigation)
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to learn

What You Will Do 

• Identify SMEs that can benefit from Juaflow’s digital automation tools
• Conduct demos and guide clients through onboarding
• Maintain continuous client engagement
• Participate actively in training to grow digital sales skills
