    Territory Manager-Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities

    • To achieve the Sales (Revenue) targets of the region – both Mobile &MFS
    • To achieve Customer Base targets via acquisition drives & supporting HQ-led Trade Marketing & Brand Activities.
    • To drive Channel Specific Agenda in line with Company targets – ASOs, SSOs, Agents
    • To achieve Site Profitability targets within the region via Site-based activities & programs.
    • To prepare & implement the Infrastructure blue print for the region to ensure full market coverage.
    • To undertake Channel Partner Relationship management to ensure sustainable business practices and profitability (ROI).

    Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Sales Invoicing Clerk

    Key Duties and Responsibilities.

    • Generate and issue sales invoices to customers based on delivery notes and confirmed sales orders.
    • Ensure all billing information, including product codes (SKUs), quantities, and pricing, is accurately entered into the ERP system (SAP,).
    • Coordinate with the stores and dispatch departments to verify order status, product availability, and delivery schedules before billing.
    • Process credit notes, debit notes, and other billing adjustments as needed to resolve invoice discrepancies.
    • Update and maintain an accurate master list of customer billing information and pricing.
    • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and customers regarding invoice-related queries.
    • Generate and file all required fiscal and ETR-compliant invoices.
    • Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital) for all sales invoices, dispatch documents, and related records for audit purposes.
    • Assist the finance department with monthly and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting related to accounts receivable.
    • Support accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments and ensuring cash flow is buoyant.

    Education and Key qualification Requirements:

    Education:

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales invoicing, preferably in a Flour Milling environment.
    • Knowledge of ERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or SAP).
    • Strong understanding of VAT invoicing and Kenyan tax regulations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

    Key Accounts Executive - Pharmaceutical

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Marketing: Analyse tenders to understand individual requirements and how information can be used for the company's benefits and, eventually, build up the buying process for each account and link it with the principals. Map out therapeutic requirements of the key accounts and define areas of weakness, hence, opportunity. Spearhead communication with the institutions/clients in case of currency fluctuation to manage the increase price, while retaining customers. Collect, analyse and report key institution sales data to the Regional Manager and all relevant departments to help in business decision-making.
    • Market Monitoring: Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. Keep track of and evaluate the marketing activity of competitors. Analyse the market, product performance and launching of new products.
    • Customer Relationship and Management: Keep abreast of new updates and trends in Marketing & Communication, and maintaining customer service relationships. Service Excellence: Attend to specific needs of customers (internal and external), as well as third parties and ensure that queries and assistance are provided in a timely manner and in
    • compliance with service standards set. Ensure that the service level provided is up to expectations and relay any matter impeding service level to Management. Engage and collaborate with Management on Service Excellence initiatives.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and governance.
    • Reporting: Maintain and report accurate records of service and maintenance activities using the appropriate systems.
    • Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate initiative, resilience and a proactive mindset, embracing change and supporting additional finance or accounting responsibilities as may be assigned by management, in alignment with evolving business needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in a science-related course.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in institutions/key accounts.
    • Solid knowledge of key institutions.
    • Marketing functions experience with an intensive exposure and proven track record on analytical reporting, presentations and business reviews.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively.
    • High level of integrity, discretion with customers' data, and the ability to manage competing priorities, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
