    Digital/ Graphic Designer

    The digital designers will combine their creativity and technical skills to produce digital graphics for social media, websites, layouts for e-shots, posters, ads, newsletters, email, banners, digital signage, forms, PowerPoint presentations and web graphics.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the internal team articulating creative ideas to ensure graphic solutions are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with clients and their goals to implement successful visual materials. This will include presenting concepts, graphics and sharing creative direction with all stakeholders.
    • Conceptualize Art for Digital Designs.
    • Work with the Digital Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
    • Create motion graphics to illustrate concepts clearly and visually to enhance understanding.
    • Work in cross-functional internal teams, ensuring adherence to project goals and aesthetics.
    • Perform UI designs, create reusable objects and templates and email templates; manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design.
    • Collaborated weekly with the team to discuss creative solutions for clients.
    • Match clients’ needs with creative assets as per objectives identified.
    • Work alongside the content creation team to ensure creative content is in line with visual styles and is created for desired outputs as will be required.

     Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communication, Digital Media Arts, Computer Science or Related Fields.
    • 3 to 10 years work experience as a digital designer.
    • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
    • Able to present concepts and work well with internal and external teams to the correct solution.
    • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong time management

    Relationship Officer

    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
