Responsibilities

• Huawei Cloud Stack Planning, Design, Implementation and Maintenance.
• Server and Storage Deployment and Maintenance.
• Storage and Backup Solutions planning, design, implementation and maintenance.
• Fusion Compute Virtualisation maintenance.
• Huawei Virtual Desktop infrastructure Deployment and maintenance.
• Huawei Video Conferencing solution design, deployment and maintenance.
• Customer support for all above mentioned products within SLA.
• Supporting Huawei Enterprise’s sales which includes solution demonstration, configuration guide, presale testing, service presentation and after sales services to the clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years cloud and IT Infrastructure experience.
• HCIA Cloud Computing/HCIA Storage or Equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Web, Scripting languages.
• Sufficient knowledge of the cloud platforms to design, and implement solutions.
• Experience with system monitoring/administration tools.
• Technical Skills and knowledge in the following: Virtualization, computing, network, storage, security, monitoring and O&M, operating system, database, system automation, distributed architecture.
• Have the ability to work independently and solve problems, be good at communication, be willing to cooperate, be enthusiastic about new technologies.

• Responsibilities
• WDM , SDH and GPON HLD and LLD solution design and software version upgrade support to customers
• FOC Network Rollout & Supervision.
• Service commissioning and provisioning for WDM , SDH and Microwave
• Knowledge and Experience in Huawei Power solutions
• Good knowledge of fiber designs and use of fiber optic tools
• Knowledge and experience in Huawei routers, switches and firewalls, and their interfaces with Huawei transmission products
• Customer support for all Transmission products within SLA

Qualifications

• HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for deployment of data centre facilities, DCIMs, energy solutions such as UPS, Power Distribution Frames (PDFs,) and Diesel Generators .
• Manage subcontractor and ensure that all implementation work performed is in accordance with established practices.
• Communicate with customers on key topics e.g. Project progress, technical solutions and contractual obligations.
• DC facility troubleshooting and operations.
• First line fault escalation for data centre facility issues.
• Review customer requirements and develop solutions to address them
• Support pre-sales team and account managers on product solutions and customer business development.
• Ensure health and safety for Data centre facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Knowledge and Experience in Huawei Energy & Data Centre facility products is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in Huawei projects is highly desirable.
• HCIE/HCNP/HCNA/CCIE/CCNP/CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• 2 to 5 years of technical support background within the ICT industry or telecommunication
