    Shop Manager - Nairobi & Western Region

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the Revenue & Profitability of the Shops within allocated Retail cluster
    • Reports & Sales projections/planning
    • Enforce SOPs across all Stores within the Cluster
    • Manage the shops look and feel i.e. merchandising consistent with the brand, uniforms and consistency in animation activities inside or outside the shop
    • Manage balance between consignment stocks and DFP sales with an objective of maximising device sales
    • Cash management: maintaining accuracy & integrity in EJaze, Tkash, cash reconciliations and reporting.
    • Audit adherence to policies and procedures and take the necessary actions i.e. Team Training, execute stock takes, customer experience surveys
    • Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement
    • Represent the company in relation with local authorities, proactive attitude to local authorities in order to seek business and promotional activities
    • Identify and provide potential sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in Enterprise or Mobile.
    • People & Performance management – Drive performance culture, holding weekly meetings with the teams, manage staff welfare, manage staff retention/attrition/replacement

    Requirements

    Qualifications- Academic and Professional

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

    Experience

    • 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales and retail management

    Pharmaceutical Technologist

    • The Pharmaceutical Technologist will be responsible for accurate dispensing of medications, patient counselling, and ensuring the safe storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The role supports optimal medication therapy outcomes by providing medicine information to patients and the healthcare team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting rational medicine use and public health.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense medicines and related products safely and accurately
    • Provide patient medication counselling and follow-up
    • Ensure proper storage and cost-effective use of pharmaceutical products
    • Participate in medication use evaluations, audits, and public health initiatives
    • Maintain licensing and participate in ongoing professional development
    • Adhere to pharmacy SOPs, statutory regulations, and patient safety standards

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
    • Licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a valid practice license
    • Certification in computer applications; training in aseptic technique is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and patient counselling
    • Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
    • Relevant post-enrollment experience

    Laboratory Technologist

    • The Laboratory Technologist will provide accurate, timely, and quality diagnostic laboratory services to support clinical decision-making. This role involves specimen analysis, adherence to SOPs, quality control, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct diagnostic analysis on clinical specimens in accordance with SOPs and GCLP standards
    • Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, reagents, and inventory
    • Ensure timely release and accuracy of laboratory reports
    • Participate in quality improvement, audits, and adherence to safety protocols
    • Maintain professional licensure and continuous professional development
    • Promote excellent customer service and interdepartmental collaboration

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
    • Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
    • Certification in Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) and Basic Life Support
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Laboratory Technologist
    • Proficiency in laboratory information systems and MS Office
    • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
