Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BCOM Marketing Option or BA in Communications
• Certification in Digital Marketing from a recognized institution
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications, with a minimum of 3 years in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing and public relations campaigns
• Expertise in SEO, marketing automation, and web analytics tools
• Experience in social media campaign management with a focus on KPIs
• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WordPress, Google AdWords, and analytics platforms
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement user interfaces aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Develop backend services using Java 1.8, Spring Boot, Fastjson, Druid, MyBatis, Maven, and XXL Job.
• Integrate applications with middleware components such as Tomcat 9, Nginx, RabbitMQ, Huawei OBS, and Huawei ELB.
• Design and develop Odoo applications, including new module creation and customization to meet specific business needs.
• Design database schemas for both MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong foundation in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with familiarity in frameworks like Vue.js, Vuex, Vue Router, Tailwind CSS, and Element UI (a plus).
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Proven experience with database management systems (MySQL and PostgreSQL), message queuing (RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and server technologies (Tomcat/Nginx).
• Experience with cloud technologies such as object storage and elastic load balancing (a plus).
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems (CentOS preferred).
• Understanding of Odoo’s core functionalities and data models.
• Experience developing custom Odoo modules and troubleshooting Odoo-related issues.
• Familiarity with Odoo’s techno-functional aspects and report creation.
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
