    Regional Sales Head

    Responsibilities

    • Define parameters for the corporate, SME segmentation and attendant key accounts, direct and indirect sales channel management 
    • Develop compelling initiatives to increase B2B Customer and Revenue Market Share in the region
    • Provide Strategic Support to the sales team to enhance the delivery on regional targets
    • Deploy relevant metrics to routinely monitor progress against targets and recommend appropriate remedial actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Manage the Account development plan (ADP) for all accounts under the regional portfolio and ensures timely submission on a monthly basis.
    • Ensure timely execution of all B2B contracts especially from the customer end (i.e. Sign off) and  all receivables and Bills are up to date in terms of collections
    • Propose and ensure execution of executive level service review meeting for key strategic accounts in the region
    • Put in place the appropriate governance framework for ensuring that excellent services are delivered on time, take accountability for B2B customer retention and win backs
    • Monitor and collate all activities of competition in the region and implement or recommend counter measures to win competition.
    • Act as the single point of contact for all operational activities for Airtel Business across stakeholder departments for the region

    Qualifications

    • Graduate degree in Business related studies  with at least 10 years selling experience of Telecommunication Products of which 5 must be at a managerial level working in B2B sales within Telecoms Sector.   
    • Sound understanding of telecoms value chain
    • Good interpersonal skills to interact and establish rapport with top levels of management 
    • Good networking and presentation skills
    • Data centric with good planning and organising  skills
    • Must be a team player and result-driven
    • Strong business acumen

    HBB Network Planning Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning and design of the FTTX/FWA network, this will inlcude Interface with HBB and Enterprise business teams 
    • Optimize network coverage to fill gaps and support the Sales team by ensuring adequate capacity to facilitate acquisitions at any given time 
    • Prepare all NFAs/Business cases relating to 5G and fiber deployments.
    • Design and dimension Network/Polygons to support Customer Connections 
    • Provide specific coverage solutions for customers and coordinate installation of fiber connections 
    • Tag and identify all fixed assets relating to FTTX and FWA
    • Drive compliance with the regulatory targets or objectives 
    • Ensures prompt resolution of Network related issues to maintain the maximum service availability. 
    • Lead the collation and compilation of all customer data that is required for ensuring high quality of service
    • Ensure effective prioritization of planning and design activities and perform monthly review for technical teams across the demarcated clusters 
    • Manage all partners responsible for service and optimization of the network

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ in computer science engineering, Electrical Electronics with computing Option or any other IT related courses
    • 8 years of work experience within Telecom indusry, with at least 2  years at supervisory level and  3 years of relevant experience in a planning role
    • Professional qualifications in Networking such as CCNA, CCNP or higher will be an added advantage
    • Customer centric with strong technical aptitude and  Tech savvy
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills for teamwork  and collaboration with stakeholders
    • Result oriented with a strong business acumen 
    • Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management of information and trends
