    Procurement Officer

    JOB PURPOSE  

    The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and inventory for all business segments—bar and restaurant, car wash, and barber shop. They ensure cost-effective procurement, quality assurance, and timely delivery of goods and services to support smooth operations.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors for food & beverages, cleaning products, automotive care supplies, and barbering essentials.
    • Purchasing & Cost Control: Negotiate prices and terms to ensure cost-efficient procurement while maintaining quality standards.
    • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
    • Quality Assurance: Inspect received goods to ensure compliance with business requirements and industry standards.
    • Budgeting & Reporting: Work within budgetary constraints and maintain procurement records for cost analysis.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with health, safety, and legal requirements relevant to each sector.
    • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, or quality issues.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in food & beverage, auto care, and grooming products to optimize procurement decisions.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
    • Experience in procurement for the hospitality or service industry.
    • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or inventory control.
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Knowledge of products relevant to hospitality, automotive care, and grooming industries.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage procurement for different business units.
    • Basic financial and reporting skills.

    IT Support- Level 1

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Incident Management:

    • Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
    • Log and categorize incoming incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
    • Provide regular updates to users on the progress of their issues.

    PC & Peripheral Troubleshooting:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, microphones, and printers.
    • Perform hardware checks and configurations (e.g., USB ports, connections, device drivers).
    • Assist with basic software troubleshooting for operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard office applications.
    • Install, configure, and support PC peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, external drives)

    Network & Telephony Support:

    • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (e.g., LAN, WAN, wireless).
    • Support IP routing configurations and perform basic diagnostics on routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Assist in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP network issues.
    • Provide initial support for VoIP and traditional phone system issues.
    • Troubleshoot basic telecom connectivity problems, such as dropped calls or connection failures.

    Basic Application Support:

    • Provide first-level support for enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
    • Assist with password resets, account configurations, and basic application errors.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues related to software installations and functionality.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams on cross-functional projects as needed.
    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

    • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
    • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and IP routing.
    • Basic understanding of telecommunications systems (VoIP, analog systems).
    • Ability to support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
    • Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications:

    • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred).
    • ITIL Foundations
    • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

    Executive Cleaning & Fumigation Supervisor

    JOB PURPOSE  

    The Executive Cleaning & Fumigation Supervisor oversees cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. They manage cleaning teams, coordinate schedules, supervise fumigation processes, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervision & Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
    • Operations Management: Oversee daily cleaning and fumigation tasks in offices, homes, and commercial spaces.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all cleaning procedures meet company and client standards.

    • Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and fumigation chemicals, ensuring proper usage and replenishment.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Certification in cleaning, fumigation, or occupational health and safety.
    • Experience in managing commercial or residential cleaning operations.
    • A Diploma or University Degree is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fumigation procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
