    Fashion Product Development and Innovation Representative

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain long term relationships with customers and partners to generate trust
    • Establish external and internal insight sharing channel, for their translation and incorporation into the product development process.
    • Drive user and commercial endorsements of new fashion products and innovations
    • Aggressive market research on industry trends, consumer preferences and emerging technological
      advancements, to translate gaps and opportunities for innovation.
    • Aggressive product testing in the market and across consumers to ensure ongoing innovations success.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations and ethical standards for all fashion product innovations
    • Build behavioral and emotional ties into our engagements and enable differentiated product experience
    • Develop and execute product display and packaging strategies, and USP to differentiate our products in customer outlets
    • Customer and instore training on new or improved product developments and innovations, to enable aligned brand user experience
    • Actively and dynamically know our consumer profiles, customer clusters, market segments, competitors and opportunities, to inform on fashion developments strategy.
    • Provide the company with marketing/sales intelligence to drive market leadership
    • Understand customer business, their clients, the challenges, the pain points, and the areas of growth

    Human Rights Specialist

    Roles & Requirements:

    • Working with key stakeholders to develop a detailed action plan and address human rights challenges in the workplace and in surrounding communities.
    • Oversee full implementation of the plan.
    • Oversee human rights strategy with objectives and KPIs.
    • Implementing meaningful human rights due diligence activities, including assessing, managing and monitoring the business’ impact on human rights, security and the environment.
    • Reviewing and implementing a stakeholder engagement strategy to maintain relations with government officials, community representatives, unions, industry bodies and regulatory authorities as far as human rights and environmental issues are concerned.
    • Reviewing and implementing a community engagement and consultation strategy using community consultation sessions to build strong relationships with surrounding communities.
    • Assist in supporting the Company’s new grievance systems (for both employees and communities) and facilitate the integration of learnings from grievance mechanisms and remedial efforts into the human rights due diligence processes
    • Presenting strategic projects (to be implemented in collaboration with NGO’s or by the company alone) to the company leadership & FDP CSO to help address/mitigate identified or perceived social risks
    • Developing relevant KPI’s that help monitor progress in crucial areas identified either in through HRIA, social audits or operational grievance mechanisms
    • Supporting all the relevant teams across the Company, including Security Manager, Human
    • Resources Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer with the implementation of human rights-related requirements. 
    • Building capacity, train and create awareness on human rights-related topics to internal stakeholders such as supervisors, managers, workers etc
    • Provide support to the security manager in training private security providers to the company.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Rights, International Development, Sustainability, or relevant field (LL B,BSc, Sociology, or Communication).
    • 10+ years’ expertise working in the field of business & human rights.
    • Conversant with international and local legislations and regulatory requirements relating to human rights.
    • Knowledge of third-party certification requirements relating to human rights.
    • A working understanding of and exposure to a corporate environment.

    ESG& Water Management Specialist

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Conduct water audit program to establish usage patterns and areas of opportunity
    • Develop and implement water reduction strategies
    • Troubleshoot excess water usage across all application areas
    • Track and analyze water consumption reports
    • Standardize water usage on various machinery in alignment with best practices
    • Train customer & site teams in water conservation practices
    • Periodic submission of reports and presentation of outcomes of water saving projects to the customer and management

    Minimum Requirements

    Sales Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to sales strategy development.
    • Set and achieve area sales revenue and collection targets.
    • Supervise and mentor Sales Team.
    • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
    • Design and implement dealer/contractor schemes.
    • Develop and execute specific plans to ensure sales revenue growth.

    Quality Assurance and Control Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Quality Management System (QMS).
    • Ensure compliance with KEBS, industry standards and other regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures.
    • Facilitate external audits by regulatory bodies or customers.
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the production cycle.
    • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations.
    • Implement inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
    • Conduct regular product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Investigate and address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

    Minimim Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
    • 10+ years' experience in quality assurance roles, preferably within textile manufacturing,
    • Proficiency in Six Sigma, TQM principles, and other quality methodologies.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating quality control teams for continuous improvement.
    • Ability to interpret data to drive process improvement and ensure compliance.
