Business Development Officer at AfriCert

Duties and Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide professional customer support to existing clients by responding promptly to inquiries, ensuring complaints are resolved and processing requests. 
• Meeting with potential customers and presenting company offerings
• Collaborating with scheme managers and Business development manager to determine the most cost effective and viable approach to purse new business opportunities
• Creating a client pipeline based on local market survey
• Collect and keep all client records and data as guided
• Prepare reports by collecting and analysis customer information
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related course specializing in marketing from a reputable academic institution years’ working experience in the Agribusiness,Service or related industry in a similar position 
• Evidence of meeting set performance targets in sales and marketing 
• Good communication skills 
• Team player and builder
