Job Description

Transmara Sugar Company is currently looking for a dynamic person with interpersonal skills for the above-mentioned position reporting to the ERP (Information Systems) Administrator.

Job Profile

• Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a large corporation
• Knowledge of Cane Out growers Environment would be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of Excel essential
• Leadership and communication skills Fluent in English
• Operationally astute and proactive attitude Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Main Responsibilities
• Needs to work in close co-operation with the ERP Administrator and Agriculture
• Manager Assist the ERP Administrator in the data entry of the Field Masterfile into the ERP (Information System Software)
• Draw up the requisite templates to ensure consistency of data from the regional offices Collect and compile the data received from the regional offices for consolidation
• Draw up the reports needed to support the Agriculture department.
• Assist the ERP Administrator in the compilation of data from the Survey teams.
• Ensure the timely delivery of data collected from the GPS survey teams to the GIS Manager
• Assist in identifying training needs for the section
• Ensure the staff adherence to the Company’s safety procedures
• Any other cognate duties
