Details:

General work description
- Management of the customs bond.
- Correspondence with ACR staff regarding clearance of goods.
- Liase with customs regarding the inward and outward clearance.
- Management of the clearing of imports and exports.
- Ensuring that there is proper documentation for the clearing of goods.
- Ensuring timely loading & handing over of the container to the booked vessel.
- Ensuring logistics files are in order and up to date.
- Overseeing the loading of containers as per ACR requirements and loading order.
- Process receiving, discrepancy and damage reports as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed clearing agent.
- Experience in the working within the Export Processing Zone will be an advantage.
- Good IT skills(able to use microsoft office & online KRA, KEPHIS & other platforms)
- At least 5 years experience.
