    Area Sales Lead - Sales & Channel Partner

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with both direct sales teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, partner management, and subscription-based revenue models.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Accelerate individual and team performance and providing additional on ground support as needed.
    • Implement sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
    • Develop and implement on-ground activations for brand visibility and incremental revenue growth.

    Channel Partner Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party channel partners to drive sales growth.
    • Drive Implementation of partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with partners to align sales strategies and ensure brand consistency.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.

    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue streams and customer retention.
    • Work closely with support teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
    • Drive Implementation of sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    Customer & Relationship Management:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales and support strategies.
    • Ensure speedy escalations of complex sales negotiations with key clients to RSM
    • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and channel partners to address concerns and optimize service delivery.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a subscription-based business model.
    • Strong experience in managing both direct sales teams and channel partnerships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Valid driving license.
