    Digital Telemarketer

    Job Description

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Obtain and qualify call lists, identifying the best prospects to contact.
    • Inbound and Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce services, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings.
    • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to log interactions, track progress, and follow up with leads.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring all communications are professional and clear.
    • Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into sales by effectively articulating the benefits of our products and services.
    • Reporting: Regularly update management on progress, issues, and successes. Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Lead Generation.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Telemarketing role.
    • Clear Communication: Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to speak clear, standard English with U.S.-based companies and clients.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least three languages, including English (written, spoken, and reading), is required.
    • Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency; tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues.
    • CRM Software Experience: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM software) to manage leads, contacts, and customer data.
    • Equipment Requirements: A personal laptop, phone, high-quality headphones, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 90 Mbp's). Candidates should be willing to upgrade their internet speed to meet the requirement if necessary.
    • Certification: While a telemarketing certification is a plus, it is not required. We value hands-on, proven experience in telemarketing.

    Area Sales Lead - Sales & Channel Partner

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining strong relationships with both direct sales teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, partner management, and subscription-based revenue models.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Accelerate individual and team performance and providing additional on ground support as needed.
    • Implement sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
    • Develop and implement on-ground activations for brand visibility and incremental revenue growth.

    Channel Partner Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party channel partners to drive sales growth.
    • Drive Implementation of partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with partners to align sales strategies and ensure brand consistency.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.

    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize revenue streams and customer retention.
    • Work closely with support teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
    • Drive Implementation of sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    Customer & Relationship Management:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective sales and support strategies.
    • Ensure speedy escalations of complex sales negotiations with key clients to RSM
    • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and channel partners to address concerns and optimize service delivery.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a subscription-based business model.
    • Strong experience in managing both direct sales teams and channel partnerships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Valid driving license.
