Assistant Business Analyst – Asset Management at CIC Insurance

Purpose

The role is accountable for 1st level support for Unit Master, Fund Master and Digital channels (Mobile App & Portals).

Primary Responsibilities

• Documentation of system change request for Unit Master and Fund Master
• Deployment of System patches for Change Requests for Unit Master and Fund Master
• UAT coordination of completed Change Request for Unit Master and Fund Master
• Basic customization of business requirements and reports in Unit Master and Fund Master
• Troubleshooting Application related issues for Unit Master and Fund Master
• Responding in a timely manner to CICAM service requests issues raised through ICT service desk or email to ensure smooth closure
• Work closely with Group database administrator to review backups and backups restore
• Conduct continuous user training on CIC Asset Management systems

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science and/or Business-related fields from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

• Professional Qualification in ITIL, SQL is an added advantage
• Experience with SQL Server Administration especially postgres SQL
• Experience in Database Programming and Tuning.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Experience

• Up to two (2) years’ relevant experience.
