Visiting farmer fields within the region to offer solution and to guide them on farmer best practices
Assist in collecting, collating and preparing data summaries, reports, or analysis that includes charts or graphs on crop performance
Assist with coordinating activities like crop management, insect and pest control, crop water management at the station
Keep visiting grower data records
Help prepare work plans, monthly reports, project monitoring and evaluation and other project reports are completed on time.
Help in assessing the training needs of farmers and various stakeholders and discuss these needs with project manager on a regular basis.
Assist in linking and connecting farmers to vegetable seeds and crop protection dealers in our products
Undertake any other roles as assigned by the project manager

Experiences, skills and Qualifications
Minimum of diploma in Agriculture related field with at least two years of experience.
Strong customer focus
Agricultural knowledge and understanding of regional market environment and dynamics
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience in farmer mobilization and working with farmers, partners and farmer groups .
Strong written and verbal communications skills and demonstrable ability to deliver technical training
Fluency in Microsoft Office
Motorbike riding skills and a valid riding license is an added advantage
