Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs.
• Pitch and promote recruitment solutions to pro- spective clients.
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed business development targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in business development, sales, or client management (recruitment/HR industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, networking, and negotia- tion skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
